With the Music WorX Public Pitch on November 11, we celebrate an important milestone of the 2026 incubator: The five start-ups Musicsteps, Veriti, LOUDER.cloud, Holdwatch, and Orchly will present their business ideas to the public – and compete for the audience award of €1,000.

What’s currently happening in the music industry – and when was the last time you discussed it with someone at the bar? The Music WorX Pitch takes place at Nachtasyl in the center of Hamburg: Meet the Music WorX teams as well as alumni from previous cohorts and learn more about their journeys.

The event kicks off on Wednesday, November 11 at 6:00 pm. Doors open at 5:30 pm.

Musicsteps(öffnet in einem neuen Tab) is a career development platform for independent artists. We help musicians understand where they currently stand, identify what’s missing, and discover the right next steps to grow their careers. Starting with a professional artist profile, Musicsteps brings together everything artists need in one place. From music and social channels to press material and business information, and creates a clear foundation for sustainable career development in today’s digital music industry.

Veriti(öffnet in einem neuen Tab) helps artists and songwriters collect the royalties their music has earned but never received. Countless songs were never properly registered — and unregistered songs can't pay the people who wrote them. The money accumulates in unmatched royalty pools instead. Veriti scans a catalog for free, shows which songs aren't paying, and handles registration and collection on the writer's behalf. Artists keep 100% ownership. Our vision: freedom from the admin burden, so the music comes first.

LOUDER.cloud is a networking and discovery platform for FINTA* in music. It connects artists, collectives, venues, labels and listeners, making existing scenes visible through profiles, spaces, events and discovery tools. The goal: lower access barriers, build safer community infrastructure and help FINTA* talent be found, booked and heard.

Holdwatch(öffnet in einem neuen Tab) is B2B SaaS for bookers at independent live music venues. It supports the early booking phase: holds, options, deadlines and agency follow-ups. So that dates don’t quietly expire in email and spreadsheets. Holdwatch can be considered a slim another layer next to or before existing venue management tools, and not another full blown ERP. Built from the needs of the venues itself; MVP running on dev, first pilot in preparation.

Orchly turns any orchestral score into a practice partner. Upload a MusicXML file and get a full AI-generated orchestra to play along with, solo your part, slow down tricky passages, and get note-by-note feedback on pitch and rhythm, right on the score. Built for musicians who practise alone but shouldn't have to guess if they're getting it right.

About Music WorX
Since 2011, the Ministry of Culture and Media Hamburg has been supporting the development of innovative business models in the music industry through Music WorX. Since 2014, the program has been jointly organized with the Hamburg Kreativ Gesellschaft. Successful companies such as Cyanite, Polytone, Sofa Concerts, and Just 4 Noise have already emerged from the program.
